I started getting them to subscribe to my services with listings plus exclusive tenant and buyer representation agreements. I stopped throwing my services at people hoping they would be loyal to me; instead, they signed my exclusives! I started making great commissions fast.
Just a little over four years later, I had worked my way up to being the listing agent for the Transamerica Pyramid. Two years after that, I started my own company and soon, I had two offices with 25 producing agents. I saw firsthand how important training was for new agents.
